How to make a complaint, compliment or suggestion
You can contact us by writing, fax, or e-mail to the above address.
What happens next?
If a response is required, we will reply within 10 working days from when we receive your correspondence. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time, for example, if more detailed investigation is required, we will give you an interim response telling you what is being done to deal with your issue, and when you can expect the full reply and from whom.
Information to include:
• Your Name
• Preferred method of contact if you require response (eg address for mail, phone number etc)
• Specific details of complaint, compliment or suggestion. |
